Contest Brief

Hello valued freelancers and creative beings!

Welcome to FUNKME; We are an exciting London based barber shop. We ooze with passion, fun, creativity and a (very) healthy dose of quirkiness. FUNKME is a 'tongue in cheek' brand which produces male hair products for confident, couragous and energetic individuals who feel like they can take on the world with our super FUNKY creations. Our most supportive FUNKME fans wear brightly coloured vintage clothes, have incredibly creative tattoos and smell like sweet summers dream. Their hair is always(annoyingly) perfect and there's usually a sizeable crowd of beautiful women in close proximity who love the smell of FUNKME.

We are looking for a new logo design which represents our fun, confident and 'cheeky' brand. Something vibrant and eyecatching with a 'relaxed' feel to it. We are serious about making high quality products, but when it comes to our marketing and branding we would like to acheive a balanced look/style between professionalism and fun.

This is a great opportunity to leave your mark on a growing London brand and will make a fantastic addition to your potfolio. Further work available following this contest.

We haven't uploaded any of our current designs because we'd like to explore your fresh perspectives. We will provide immediate feedback and guidance on your efforts and can't wait to hear from you!

    Thank you for everyone's ideas and input so far! We have left some comments on certain designs. We won't 'rate' the designs just yet because this can sometimes lead to 'copycatting' of designs that we have rated highly and closes the door to other creative ideas. Please don't feel the need to submit multiple copies of the same design :) We can't wait to hear from more of you and explore your creativity!
