Contest Brief

I'm looking for a logo for my local community cycling group called "Gloucester Wheelers". My priority is that the logo have a simple design. I'm open to discussing any of the other possibilities such as text-based, line art, illustrative, bright, bold colors, natural shades, recognition and/or originality but I'm really looking for something that I would be proud to display on our t-shirts and other marketing materials.
