Dear Freelancers,

We are looking for a website logo for a real estate marketing company. We specialise in 3D Virtual Reality house tours, Interior and Exterior photography, Drone photos & videos and other aspects of helping real estate agents to market their properties online.

Logo criteria:
- Should be available in .AI format (or high res .PNG if you can't .AI)
- Aspect ratio: 3:1 or 7:2 or similar (rectangular in landscape orientation, no too large height ratio).

The business name should be next to the icon/drawing/vector (one the right side of it) not underneath it.
The logo will go into website's navbar so it needs to be as horizontal as possible.

- Colors: accent color blue (#03A9F4) + white/light grey/dark grey(#303036) etc
- The logo will go on a dark grey(#303036) background. The logo file itself should be on a transparent background...
- The company name is "3D Propertys" so this should be in design too.

Please when submitting make sure that the logo:
- is visible on dark grey background (#303036)
- has the vector/icon on the left side and company name next to it on the right side (not underneath it)
- no need to submit fancy renders of the logo, just regular samples
