Contest Brief

I am a medical doctor and Anesthetist (the guy that puts people to sleep for their surgery). I need a header/letterhead which I can put on a prescription pad, and also to use as an email signature.
I do not have preferences for certain colors, fonts etc.
I will attach a text file that will contain the details I want on the header.

  It's a normal windows text (.txt) file... It should open everywhere. Try notepad / wordpad/ ms word etc (on windows).

I need something that reflects my job, ie anesthesia. Although the "medical" logo called the caduceus (which a few of you have incorporated in your designs) is not wrong in terms of being associated with a doctor, it is too generic and obvious.
