Contest Brief

The form can be found at http://admin.superurl.net/create_review_url. I am semi-satisfied. The basic UI is good. The light background is good. It might be interesting to see a slightly colored background. I like pastel colors. The form elements are not modern, each element itself is not harmonious - some too large margin, some too small. The horizontal nav might cause issues on higher resolutions or reduced windows width. More important is that this gray absolutely not match my attitude. As advised, pastel colors are my favorites.

As you can see, there is more on this domain. I have a lot more forms that needs some beauty.

      I am asking for a basic mockup, not for the coding. I understand that the budget does not match the cost of living structure in Italy. But I also did not make entries from Italy a requirement.

      If money determines your willingness to give the best that you can, then this is not your contest. I always pay a bonus to the right candidate, and in this case, I will hire him for all UI work for a dozen software projects.
