Contest Brief

We are constructing a hotel with 100 plus rooms in Indore City (central India)

Hotel will feature :

100 Rooms

2 Banquet Halls - 1600 square feet & 3000 Square feet for events ranging from (10-250 people )- Birthdays, misc social events, corporate events etc

1 Open Garden Banquet (open to sky garden of 7000 sq ft ) -can accommodate up to 300-450 people

Leisure Swimming Pool & a Gym

A multi cuisine vegetarian restaurant cum bar

Enough parking space

Our main target clientele includes:

1. Corporates' (Mostly Males aged at 21 to 45) looking for a accommodation between price range of USD 30 to USD 60.
2. Wedding Clientele (Family )having accommodation requirement of bulk number of Rooms.

Weakness :
1.Location- Is little Interior from main roads.
2. New Entrants in Business
3. Only Vegetarian food Options

Strength
1. 100 plus Rooms in a single property
2. Value Pricing
3. Only Hotel (at this price range) offering a leisure Swimming pool (Small) & a gym.
4. Developing area (Cities biggest hospital is under construction near the property and there are around 10 marriage banquets which do not have accommodation facility)
5. Has a view of small pond (water pond- not very well managed though) from rooms

Need a name and a color theme which looks and sounds like an international brand,with versatile branding capabilities and easy to pronounce/remember , most importantly should look and feel fresh. (Availability of matching or near close URL is a must)

A:Corporate (Junior and mid level) , Bulk Rooms for weddings (One time but middle class to rich families in the city )

Hello Contest holder, Designing is a two way process, so it would be great if you could provide feedback to all the contestants.
