I am looking for an experienced freelancer to create a product brand logo. The logo can be Illustrative in style and utilize a wide color palette. The Brand Name is:

HEPCAT CANNABIS

It is a New York Cannabis brand.

Background of the word HEPCAT:
In 1939, the jazz singer Cab Calloway published Cab Calloway's Hepster's Dictionary: Language of Jive. A hep cat was "a guy who knows all the answers, understands jive." The hep cats and hepsters Calloway described would in the following years become known as hipsters. A hipster is usually a young person who is trendy, stylish, or progressive in an unconventional way.

The logo will be used on a wide variety of cannabis products including smokable cannabis flowers/buds/joints and concentrates/vapes/oils.

Winning design must be provided in a wide variety of file formats including vector to allow for editing and resizing.

Prohibited Colors:
- Bright colors that are “neon” in appearance in their marketing, advertising, or advertisements. This includes any color which, when listed in a form of hue, saturation, and lightness, has a saturation value greater than 60%.

Prohibited Fonts:
- "Bubble-type fonts” include fonts with characters that are significantly wider than the standard fonts. Bubble-type fonts frequently have rounded, sans-serif characters, but may also include fonts with wide characters that have hard corners or serifs.
- "Cartoon-like fonts” include fonts that resemble comic books, cartoons, or crayons/chalk and fonts that are
similar to fonts associated with brands, products, or media that are commonly marketed to individuals under twenty-one.
