Contest Brief

I need a poster that takes an old Chinese propagandaposter (uploaded here as "Poster1") as the starting point, but with "new faces", drawn to look like the faces of the employees of our company. In this contest you only have to demonstrate your skills changing two faces. The winner will be given the opportunity to make the final poster with a total of 13 faces.
I need you to replace the faces of the guy in the yellow shirt with the face from the file "Henrik" and the face of the guy in the green uniform next to him with the face from the file "Flemming".
I need something that looks like a drawing - not a simple photoshop of the faces onto the poster.

ok i will change it into artistic is it needed the face should be tilted up i mean seeing directions of uniformed men and colours of his face.was those should be same.
