Design a ICON

I need a design for a mobile app ICON, the intention of this project is to strive for creativity.
Design elements used Requirements:
1) letter (N)
2)Color Blue(#69D2FD-->#38A6F9 as a reference) | White
3)element "circle" is optional
3) (simple & beauty)

Delivery of the final documents
1) ICON png files (adapted IPHONE resolutions, IPAD resolutions, Android mainstream resolutions)
2) PSD original file or Sketch file

Please do not refer to any commercial product or an existing product design

  Thank you for your job,but the icon does not has to be circle,My description means you can use the element "circle" in this icon.And most iOS app icons are just rounded
