    Yes, it's possible to remove the lever. also in renders screws are in open position, they go deep inside those cylinders. But if you think it's needed I could add a cover for them.

    Also, how will the cable be placed in the channel? Is the lever able to be removed?

    Nice! But terminal screws will be live once connected, this would need to be covered somehow.
