Contest Brief
This is a unique contest calling out to the best graphic designers on Freelancer; the winner of the contest will become our preferred supplier of logo and graphic design work for luxury real estate and design companies.
We are creating a new premium marketing company called Noble Studios (www.noble-studios.com and/or www.noble-london.com) for luxury Real Estate and Interior Design & Architecture companies.
The company has a unique database with over 5000 clients who will be targeted to create exclusive content (videos & photography) as wells as brochures, logos and websites for each exclusive property.
As the company will be targeting the high-end of the market with properties and developments going well up to £100 million and over, we are looking for the best talent on this platform to associate ourselves with and who will become our preferred supplier. (This is not limited to logo design, but also the design of the brochures, websites, etc.)
If you can demonstrate your design skills in designing our exclusive identity and house-style, we will hire you to create the logos and style for every new client to be used on the marketing materials, website, brochures.
As the name ‘Noble’ studios describes according to the Oxford Dictionary:

This is exactly what the new company and logo will need to embody and the design and video work we do for our clients, in which you can play an important part!

For inspiration see the attached images which are our final selection. We would like a modern font (Helvetica, or possibly a Serif or similar) using a dark background (dark-blue, grey, blacks) and gold/bronze lettering to give a sophisticated feel.

Black/white (all logo’s should work black and white printed and reversed)
It is important that our new logo/identity has a very strong, luxurious typeface that can work independently of any added logo (think Saint Laurent Paris or similar). The company operates in a select niche and our identity should reflect our market-leading capabilities.
The winning design will need to be produced into a full corporate identity set: headed paper, business card, logo, banner etc.

thank you for the invite :) I am currently swarmed by work, however I might be able to free up after closing these three projects I'm currently working on and join in on this contest. I would very much like to give it a go (nice briefing!) :)
