We have a website https://goo.gl/EC86f7 which needs to be redesigned.
The reference website we like a lot is here https://goo.gl/fVBcDf

For top banner, you may use this video as a background and show some text over it - http://gofile.me/3ipJm/fuq25e1EL

Please take the above reference website as a starting point and design a nice home page using our logo and colors.
In other words, you need to redesign https://goo.gl/fVBcDf keeping our own logo , images and branding. Check attachment for home page draft.
We need the final format to be PSD.

Updated Brief:
Please check the attachment "Home page draft.JPG" for the page layout we need. Background image for footer is also attached.
Use your creativity to design the page accordingly as per the draft.
