i have a 3d design of a house i need redesign the top floor/storey

the top floor should be redesigned with the example form _r2_c2.jpg
the attic on the right side of the house should be removed

also it would be interesting how it will look like if the wall on the left side is removed so that the balcony will go all around

both designs are welcome
