I'm in need of someone who can create a simple JPEG in a 2:3 (portrait) including the attached info on hoeg not excel format. The design style should predominantly be green and favor a minimalist approach. THIS IS FOR THE WEBSITE https://www.greenfamilyguide.com/

Key Responsibilities:
- Creating a JPEG media card design.
- Utilizing a 2:3 (portrait) layout.
- Integrating a predominantly green color scheme.
- Implementing a minimalist style.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in graphic design.
- Prior experience with media card layouts.
- In-depth knowledge of color theory.
- Advanced user of design software (Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Understanding of minimalist design principles.
