Contest Brief

Make a simple workout sheet based on the exemple Ultra phase 8.pdf . Use the new program in the excel file. There are 3 different days (Day A, B, C) . Use this file to make a workout sheet like Ultra phase 8.pdf. Of course make something better than this awfull pdf file. It should be done in indesign or Ai, and I should be able to modify the file.. so no screenshot capture please. output should be A3 landscape ( 422 x 299 mm) with the source file. Use red scheme instead of green. Put the logo somewhere

    Hi Konstantin, I really like your project. It's very creative and I'm still think if it could be used or not. I know there is more in your project than just an excel sheet. But it's just a workout sheet and the main goal is for people to view very simply the sequence of exercises, and to have room to put their reps and charge. In a coaching point of view, I need to put a lot of text and to have plenty of room, in a linear "excel sheet" style, for a lot of reps and charge. And to be able to see quickly what my customers are doing in a group coaching situation ( up to 10 people) . And also to write variation of exercise with a pencil if needed. But I really didn't took any decision !

    no see exemple Ultra phase 8.pdf . It's a one A3 folded (it means 4 pages : one to put the name, and 3 to put day A, B, and C).
