  Please follow my basic website template front page and add required stuffs too as latest project , latest blogs ( dynamic), more vibrant portfolio display style, upload requirement form in front banner, browser solutions and post new solutions form to display in front page ( it can be also in style of a form in a tabed format ) , well arranged content, very professional design with stunning banner ( need modern colour combination to make the site well attracted )

  Already I have wordpress admin and dashboard , It has all basic designs.. All you need to do is check my current design and modify as per my need comparing my competitor .... It will be a great thing...You can easily do if you are a photoshop or a designer
