I HAVE ALWAYS WORKED IN RESIDENTIAL CHILDENS HOMES. I WORKED ALSO AS A MANAGER OF A HOME FOR NUMEROUS YEARS BEFORE BECOMING A FULL TIME TRAINER FOR THE CHILDREN'S HOME COMPANY. I NOW WANT TO BRANCH OUT INTO MY OWN TRAINING CONSULTANCY BUSINESS. I WILL BE DELIVERING TRAINING COURSES TO THOSE WORKING WITH VULNERABLE CHILDREN LIVING IN CHILDREN'S HOMES. THE COURSES WILL COVER SUCH TOPICS AS SAFEGUARDING, SAFER CARING, COUNTY LINES & GANGS, SELF HARM, SEXUAL EXPLOITATION ETC
