  Looking for a quick SVG animation, where all of the particles originate from a singular point and disappear before leaving the perimeter- just like the attached GIF from the description.

  Unless this is your first work on Freelancer I'm appealing to other freelancer to not devalue your work. And deleting fair comments from 20+ year experienced developer is also not a sign of valuing good comments.

     Mean no disrespect, Matt, but your comments do not display an understanding of my request; therefore counter productive here. For clarification, a short and simple animated svg, is all. Please do not submit any deviations of that- at this time. The purpose is not to increase the budget for unwanted complexities, but to simplify technology to meet the request.
