Contest Brief

Help me design my next tatto, I have an idea of what I want, but need someone good at art/design to make a concept/example. I want a tattoo of a eagle on my shoulder/side of my arm. Pictures similar to what i want are in the project brief, I want a more aggresive/majestic looking eagle than in the pictures.
