I have a logo and I am looking to have a text circle added around it.

The logo is attached.

I would like the following text added 2 times around the logo sort of like a circle.

Top Line: Phoenix Prosperity Network
Bottom Line: Rise & Prosper

I am looking to have a design similar to what is shown in this video:

IMPORTANT:
LOGO MUST BE RED AND WHITE.

This should be easy for anyone with photoshop skills.

IMPORTANT:

Logo Must be red and white only as it will be going on the back of red and white shirts. So I will need to see a red on white sample or a white on red background sample.
