Contest Brief

DESIGN FOR EXTERIOR OF TRADITIONAL CAFE...

We are hoping for something quick and simple on a budget - to help attract an investor. The project is for a cafe in a traditional rural village and the idea is to design a plan of what the property could look like to highlight the potential of the space and location. I have attached a set of photos of the current state of the property and another set of photos for reference which show the feel and mediterranean style we would like to achieve.

THE BRIEF: Create an overlay on top of an existing photo/s to show what could be done with the space.
The design should incorporate parking area, shaded outdoor seating, a small water feature, greenery and a herb garden. The idea is to find the best way to incorporate these things into the available space. How can we transform this location into something that looks great?

Please find 2 examples of acceptable methods for creating the overlay also attached. Please note that these have been done very quickly in 5mins and we would hope for a much more cohesive and thoughtful design to be submitted.
