  Are all parts of images distressed including the lines by the 2018? And mountains too?

  I'm fine if the text is vector as long as it is layered and can be moved/resized without distortion.

  Do the mountains have the same distressed look that the text does? It's hard to tell from the photo. I'd like to see all parts of the design distressed equally. If you can do that and as long as this comes to me in a layered image with all text files then I think I'll declare you the winner! :-)
