Contest Brief

Need a great and creative designer for this t-shirt.

Heading = I'M ALIVE

Concept:

Heart Rate graphic with 7 Branch Candlestick.

The 7 Branch Candlestick is what is giving life to the person.

I am going to attach a mock-up of what I did (but it is not great - I want someone to be creative and come up with a beautiful design for a T-Shirt.
