Contest Brief

Hi, I have a logo below and it is shown in two forms. I would like to turn the shape in these photos into a logo and I would like to have this logo in .psd form.

What I would like to have changed:

- I would like the logo to be perfectly symmetrical, as you can see the smaller loops are lopsided. I want the top and bottom loop to be at the most north and south points.

-Height and width proportion can remain the same.

-I'd like there to be a little bit of contouring when making the smaller loops, but not as much as seen in the elastic band.

- I'd like the width of the line to be the same all the way around, except where you have to contour to make the larger loop into the smaller loops.

- I'd like see the logo in two ways:
1.Logo is White with light grey contouring and a background of RGB (0,204,255)
2. Logo is RGB (0,204,255) with darker contouring and a white background.
