Contest Brief

We at Easyleases are a property management services company who help residential property owners to manage their properties. We help them find tenants, provide maintenance services and manage tenant issues, move in, move out etc.

Requirement: UI / UX design for Android/iOS app (App development not in scope of this project)

We have a web application www.easyleasesin which provides client dashboard for property owners, tenants and third party partners. For the first phase of the project we are looking to build tenant app:

Functionality:
a) Sign-in (stayed logged in unless user initiated or change of pwd at the server side.)
b) User Profile (brief): Picture, username, email id, phone number with edit option
c) Tenant Contract View page + ability to download attached document.
d) Tenant Payments Due: List of past due as well as upcoming payments in next 30 days cards to be shown AND integration with Payment Gateway to receive monies from tenants.
e) Tenant Past Payment Receipts: List view of document links
f) Service Requests: Multiple cards view with ability to expand view into full page service request details page where user can make any/all changes to the service request including status, description, comments, documents etc.
