Contest Brief

I am looking for a skilled architect or designer to create a layout for a large villa with 5+ bedrooms. This villa will be used for personal use, so it is important that the layout is customized to my specific requirements.

Requirements:
Land size 30 *30 m
Villa 600 m2

Required 2 entries one from front for guest & one from left side for family)

Parking & landscape to be front of the villa

Grand floor :
1-Guest area :
_Guest living room (min 8*5) + washroom & 2 hand wash counter
_Guest dining room (connected with guest living room with service access from the villa)
2- family area :
_open Living room for 8 with dining table +wash room & hand wash counter
_kids room
_bed room with bathroom & closet (min4.5*5 for the room only)

3-Services area:
_ kitchen (min 5*6) & kitchen store
_general store
_maid room (3*3) & toilet
_laundry & ironing room

4-Stairs & elevator

First floor:
_ 1 big master room with big dressing room
_ 4 bed room (min 4.5*5 for the room only) all room with closet and bathroom
_living room with pantry

@contest holder , please let me know why are you rejected my proposal,its better that you tell us which concept are you looking for exactly ,my proposal was included every details that you wanted and had standards according to municipality...please extend time and share concepts and reason of rejection....

مرحبا اخي الكريم هل يوجد اشتراطات بلدية يجب الالتزام بها مثل الردود مثلا 3 متر زارجو عدم الاغلاق حتى نهاية المسابقة ايضا لو تحدد لنا اتجاه الشمال أو اتجاه المدخل على الاقل وهل قسم الخدمة سيكون متصل بالفيلا أم بكتلة منفصلة
