SUPER SIMPLE LOGO DESIGN NEEDD

I need a simple and clean logo created for a company web site

This will be the header image

The lettering of the website is the logo

The logo needs to read: upperdublinKW.com

The logo needs to have the same type font as the logo attached

the winner will need to add some simple variations. [I would like to see the logo in ALL CAPS, Small Caps, lower case, and any other variation that you see fit]

The colors need to the colors attached in the example logo

This needs to be a delivered in a png file with no background

This needs to be delivered with a gray background with red lettering and red background with gray lettering
