Contest Brief

We need a logo for the following business concept:

Develop an online school aimed at mid-level professionals who have the responsibility to define and implement improvements in their companies. For this we will have instructors with extensive experience of working in Latin America, supported by a leading teaching methodology.
Our instructors have developed their wisdom in various business improvement initiatives, for example in cost reduction, sales increase, productivity improvement, work climate development, among others.
The name of the company is WIÑAY-e, it is a Quechua word that means to grow. In Andean cultures, learning by doing is a very important component of the learning process. And this learning by doing is the main value-added component of the methodology of our courses. The "-e" indicates that e-learning is the delivery channel of our school, because our target market is mainly people who do not have the time or availability to attend face-to-face courses.
The andean culture is very keen on bright/vivid colors. See the image attached. But, we would not like to have a rainbow style logo.
