Contest Brief

I require a new design for two different A Frame signs for our real estate agency. These signs will be used at open homes in order to catch attention and show where the open home is located.

I would like a simple design which looks clean, eye catching and professional (not too cluttered).

Please note that the A Frame signs are available in white or black. I will order the colour that best matches your design.

Our logo file has a background in the house image. Please delete the background layer.

I have attached a template file provided by the sign company and also a logo specifications file. Please ensure you check and use these.

The signs are roughly 600mm x 450mm. I think the actual design may be a little smaller (please check template file).

Design 1)
- company logo
- arrow facing left/right
- text saying 'Welcome'
Please see the image in the artwork specifications file to see an example of what I am looking for.
NOTE: two similar designs will be required for this sign (one with a left arrow and one with a right arrow).

Design 2)
- company logo
- text saying 'Please wait here for agent'
- additional mobile number text 'call or text 0405 502 776 to advise you are waiting'

I will wait to see further entries, but #25 and #27 are the two I'm considering so far.

Please focus most your attention on the arrow sign rather than the wait here sign.... The arrow sign is the most important and I will be basing my decision on the look of it.

I may use the word 'OPEN' instead of 'WELCOME' in the final design, so feel free to use the word 'open' if it gives a better look and is less cluttered.

I like that it looks clean and uses a nicer looking arrow. I also like that the 'WELCOME' text is uppercase to stand out

I like the idea of the line next to the logo. I like the big arrow, but overall it looks a little simple.

I think I prefer designs with the logo at the bottom so the message on the sign stands out more
