We want to design smart enclosure for existing PCB.. Preferred CAD is Solidworks2017 or old version. Deliverable will be SW design files, STL, STEP files and some high quality rendering images. A good looking, preferably water- and shockproof enclosure for the designed PCB. Needs to fit the exact dimensions of the PCB, including the LED and power button. On the enclosure we'll put a label or other hard plastic that will let the light of the LEDs through. The front can be a bit curved, the back should be flat, with a rectangular extrusion for a sticker. The process and result requires (a) chemicals and inks to be non-damaging to the helmet's ABS plastic surface, (b) the print to be reasonably durable to withstand knocks and scratches in service, (c) the print to be resistant to UV fading if the helmet is worn outdoors. We don't want to use a waterslide decal or a sticker. The method shown in this video looks ideal, but when we tried it, it didn't work---the chemicals supplied were different to those shown in the video, they were too thick to apply easily and too aggressive, and ended up damaging the ABS surface.
