I'm currently seeking a talented 3D architect designer with a strong command of 3Dmax to bring architectural plans to life for visually compelling presentations. Our goal is to create detailed 3D models based on existing architectural drawings, ensuring the final presentations can effectively communicate the vision and aesthetics of these projects.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in 3Dmax is essential, as this is our preferred software for this initiative.
- Experience in converting 2D architectural plans or drawings into detailed 3D models.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure all aspects of the plans are accurately represented in the 3D models.
- Ability to work closely with me to understand and implement specific design preferences or adjustments during the modeling process.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience with architectural visualizations, particularly residential and commercial buildings.
- Strong portfolio showcasing 3D models created for visual presentations, using 3Dmax.
- Ability to suggest improvements or alternatives to enhance the visual presentation of projects.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate on project specifics and adjustments.
The completed 3D models will primarily serve as a tool for visual presentations to stakeholders, so it's important that the freelancer can not only technically execute the conversion with high fidelity but also capture the envisioned aesthetics and ambiance of each project.
