We have a Collaboration/Groupware system written in ASP 3.0 which needs

Web Based Encryption/Decryption performed on all Source Files including some Javascript. The system consists of just about 500 ASP scripts totaling almost 40MB of ASP code. It is currently an Access 2000 MDB based system that must also be converted to MS SQL Server 2000. We can provide the IIS 2003 hosting environment and FTP Accounts where the conversions must occur. Please indicate whether this will be a client desktop based Encrypt/Decrypt routine or a Web Server based ASP.NET or other system and whether it is based on an existing Commercial ASP Encryption/DeCryption product (provide web URL) or one written from scratch by you. The system has to run on Windows XP,

a Windows 2003 server and IIS 6.0 as well as 5.0. SQL Server 2000 plus next generation SQL Server 2005 must be supported.
