Android App Published but not displaying

This should be a really quick & easy fix for someone knowledgeable on Android.
We have had an app published on Google Play store since May 2015 and it was always showing in the play store when you search for it but it is no longer showing in search results.
The app name is Wella Education. It is set to be visible in USA, Canada, Venezuela & Indian play stores. It only seems to be searchable in the Indian play store currently. It is not showing in other play stores.
When I visit the direct link to the app store page it displays normally and everything seems to be fine: [login to view URL]

I have handled many apps on google play. You need to check manifest or Google play settings. If unable to correct it , let me know but i will need login details of google play to proceed.
