Android Game Re-skining Job

Hello,
We need to re-skin an Android based game. All I can provide you with is the .apk file. You have to extract the source code and other details from it yourself.
The existing APK file:
1. Is an Android based board game
2. Has Google games and Facebook integration
3. Has ads integrated
4. Has in-app purchase system (Play Store)
5. Has online multiplayer gaming system (multiple users from multiple devices can play the board game in real time)
6. Has score/points/rewards system integrated via Facebook login (points store locally in device)
What I want from the developer:
1. Complete re-skining of the game (includes graphics, layout, and sounds)
2. Some changes to the game rules (minor ones)
3. Set-up the app and server & integrate both to handle multiple gaming in real time
4. Store rewards/points/score on server and link them to respective users via Facebook login (unlike the source apk where it gets scored locally)
5. Integrate animated moving boys/girls icons (existing apk has animated round dots)
6. Revise the in-app purchase system (just change the reward type against the purchase amount)
The above ones are the priority ones and on the top of my list. Few more changes, minor ones though, might be here and there during the course of development.
This game will require constant addition of features at later intervals. So if we are working this time, we will be working in future as well. This is going to be a long term project and this is just the beginning. We are seeking for a company or pretty experienced developer who has resources to deliver quality work in time. We would prefer someone who can dedicate his/her/their time on this project at a stretch and not someone who is handling multiple tasks at the same time.
