Hi, Attached please find 2 floro plans. One is ground floor and another is top floor. I require a photorealistic interior walkthrough. For ground floor the camera needs to start from door entry and has to cover living, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms.

For top floor camera needs to start from backside bedroom and it should cover everything in the floor and should stop at balcony area.

Interior style can be modern contemporary.

Resolution should be PAL 720 x 576 and 25 FPS. Later renderered files can be loaded on ftp. Pls give a cost and timeline. If you provide a cost effective and time bound solution then I have more work in the pipeline.

To bid please showcase your rendering works and walkthrough demos loaded on Youtube is a must.
