Animation 50sec 2D/3D

We are looking for someone make a 50sec animation for a website. Job description is to design three characters, a female seal, a female polarbear and a male moose. These characters will perform in the 50sec film. 2D or 3D depending on costs. The film is a short musical starting off with a small fight/arguement scene which turns into singing, typical musical style. The music and voices are already recorded so we need the designer to lipsync the film to the audio.
Please provide work samples of video. More information and guidelines will be given at work start.
