we are looking for someone to help us create a series of animations for use as layers that look. The layers will be used for a mobile app to lay on top of user generated videos.
We are looking to create as many layers as we can but we would like to start with a few and grow from there.
1. The layers must all be fun and creative and original.
2. they must evoke emotions such as: love, happiness, excited, etc. Ideas would be fireworks, stars, hearts, and if hearts there can be be multiple ideas. We could have hearts falling from the top, hearts pulsating from a point of flowing off screen . Lots of different possibilities.
3. We could also create creative layers that are abstract and simply fun. there are endless possibilities and we will entertain lots of ideas.
4. All the layers must loop, have transparency and be very small in file size or at least as small as possible.
5. If you bid, show us your examples and say something. Blank entries will be deleted.
6. Start your bid with "Waffle" This will eliminate all bidders who use bots and will also eliminate idiots who don't know how to properly bid and read simple instructions.
7. Tell us how many layers you can create and at what cost per layer. Keep in mind this is a relationship we want to build, so there will be a lot of future work.
