1. We need to be able to select the outbound CID via a dial-out code, so we need dialing prefixes set up and configured for 13 outbound "routes". (outbound numbers to be provided)

2. Each inbound call should have an announcement played prior to connecting to allow a receptionist to know which company the call is for. (recordings to be provided)

3. We need to configure 3 extensions that get redirected to outside numbers, but go to local voicemail if not answered. All extensions need to announce the Company that was originally called.

4. Configure a tollfree number that goes to a "corporate voicemail" account. we will supply necessary recordings.

Announcement: Thank you for calling <company>. Please leave a message and we will return your call.

To speak to the operator please Press 0 or stay on the line to leave a voicemail in our general mail box. Messages left in the general mail box should send notification to support@<company>.

Press '1' for Sales

Press '2' for Support

Press '3' for Abuse

Press '4' for Billing

Each will go to its own queue, which will be empty at the moment, so it will go to Voice Mail. If VM is left, email will go to sales@<company>, support@<company>, abuse@<company>, accounting@<company>.

During hours outside business hours, callers will hear:

Thank you for calling <company>. We are currently closed.

For our business hours please Press 1

To leave a message, please press 0 or stay on the line.

The call will go to the general voice mail box.

Currently, there are 3 valid extensions. Inbound calls should announce (verbally) which company is receiving the call. Note that the 4 external extensions should not be available for this company.
