We need a banner to be brightened up and possible minor redesign. We have the banner in layared format. You will only need to tweak the colours to give it a positive feel, as at present it is darker and slightly depressive. Image size must be kept at 30k or smaller.

This is a very quick job (1-2 hrs) for the skilled person, so very low budget. PM for site details.
