Betting Software (RSS-Reader/Decoder/Scraper/Bet-Bot)

Software should receive tips (information about what to bet on) from RSS-feeds into a custom made RSS-reader. From there it should decode the tips so the software understands what to bet on.

After that, the software should scrape a bookmakers website.(NOT via xml-feed).

Then if all variables set in the software are OK, it should execute the bet.

After each successful bets, I want the software to send an email with info about the bet.

I have attached a very detailed project specification, so you will know exactly what to do.
