I am currently using A free open cart template and need someone to add the German language extension

You will also have to make some small adjustments.

1. Fix payment for flat rates.

2. Fix payment for Paypal and Bank transfers.

Please be advise this is a very small job and I am not willing to pay more than my max budget.
