Create Unreal Application

The following description is down below and job is to be done in 3 stages:

I want a very simple app just to effectively browse huge number of objects in 1 model. Not really a game.

First stage $300

1. (Appropriate camera script to be implemented with buttons and options for (rotate left, rotate right, rotate up, rotate down, zoom in, zoom out, drag left right up or down and, reset camera position, pan button to pan up, down, left or right)

Mouse control of camera: rotations (left click hold and drag) zoom in/out (scroll up or down) pan (scroll button hold and drag)

2. Tool in the app to select 1 model or multiple models

3. Tool in the app to hide the models I selected

4. Tool in the app to hide everything else besides selected models

5. Undo and Redo my actions.

6. 14 categories of models to appear on the right side which can be clicked and it opens drop down list of models in that category. Clicking on one of the objects in the list should highlight selected object. Clicking on the entire category should highlight the entire category of those objects. Switching the button left to these objects or entire categories of objects should make the object/category disappear or reappear. On the top of these lists with 14 categories there should be search bar function to search those models by their name).

7. There should be an option to double click the object and the camera should zoom in and lock in target on the object. Functions to rotate around the object etc should remain.

8. when object is selected, a small name written in 10-14 font with dark transparent background should pop up and clearly state the name of the object. When another object is selected additionally at the same time or separately later, the name of the other object infront of the other object should appear and the first name should disappear. That way the user can immediately know the name of the object he clicks on.

9. There should be a button to reset the models to the beginning position

Second Stage $100:

1. log in requirement needed. App should check database on our host and confirm that user can use the app and then run the loading process.

2. selecting the video should show a small button and a click on that button should open up the in-app embeded youtube video player with a video we specify. Popup should have ability to be closed with an x button.

Third stage $300

1. Adding sounds to the application

2. Testing the app with a heavy model

3. Adding options to move rigged joints

4. Improving the graphics by controlling the textures and setting up lightning.

5. Optimizing the graphics to suit different platform needs

6. Decision up on which textures could be used for example weather normal and ambient occlusion are making the app heavy.
