I have four PSDs that I need converted into a working HTML website. This is a direct conversion and no graphic design is necessary. I require that you show me working sample websites so that I can get a feel for your skill level.
If I like your portfolio then I will send you PSD of what I require. Further detailed information will go to the winning freelancer.
then I need the joomla web site for this PSD, but after 3 weeks please send me your PSD to HTML and PMB it for me and bid for PSD to Joomla just in PMB.
