Here are the details you may not be able to see from the image.
1.) It must be fully valid by w3c standards using a div based layout (no tables). The code must be clean and concise.
2.) In the PSD, I have a folder called "EXTRA_NOT IN DESIGN". In that folder, I have circled the parts of the site for you. Everything that is circled orange should be in an h3 tag. Everything that is circled pink should be a link. Everything circled green should be in an h2 tag. Everything circled red should be in an h4 tag.
3.) The grey background color should extend to the left and right of the screen like it does in the example [url removed, login to view] file I sent you.
4.) Please make the black "image 981x272 centered" image the h1 tag.
5.) In the header navigation bar, the page that you are currently on should have the blue box behind it. (Just like the "home" text does in my PSD.) When you hover over one of the pages you are not on, they should underline blue.
6.) In the header of the site (where it has email | location | faq), the text should be the grey color normally; however, if you hover over it, it should turn the blue color that the "email" text currently is.
7.) In the PSD folder "middle2_body", the area that says "link 1 link 2 link 3 link 4 link 5 link 6" should not effect the section that says "Did you need some more stuff right now??". If there were no links, the "Did you need some more stuff right now??" section should not move at all. (It can move up and down, but not left)
8.) The "Join Now", "View Gallery" and "details" buttons should be buttons with text if possible.
9.) In the footer, the "This website name goes here", "SiteMap" and "Privacy Policy" links should be the same color as the text, until you hover over it. When you hover, it should underline.
10.) When you click in the search bar, the "Enter Search Term(s)" text should vanish.
11.) In the navigation section of the header, I want the links to have the amount of space between each other as "Home" and "About" has and be right aligned. If more links are added, they will continue to the right with the same amount of space. The search bar should always be where it is.
12.) In the PSD folder "middle2_body", the area that says "link 1 link 2 link 3 link 4 link 5 link 6". I want the links to have the amount of space between each other that is currently between "Link 1" and "Link 2". The links should then be centered below the blue box (while keeping the correct space between links). This should work if there is 1 link or more (up to 6).
13.) The map should be this code <iframe style="height: 270px; width: 450px;" src="[url removed, login to view]" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe> With a 777777 1px border around it.
