CSS button with animation

I need a few CSS buttons with the following properties, all should be defined by CSS;
Different button id's, wich will have different color theme,
Active button style
Mouse over button style
Disabled button style
Pretty basic, something like [url removed, login to view]
However, here's the important part;
When a button is pressed, it should set all other buttons to disabled state, ie, not clickable, (for example a bit greyed out)
AND, the pressed button should transistion from left to right, like a progress bar, and when transition is done, re-enable all other buttons [url removed, login to view] can also be acheived by implementing a small progressbar under the pressed button.
The time for this transition (how many ms it will take for the transition to go from left to to right) will be defined in the id for that particular button.
So, say that we have 10 different buttons, all with differnt text on them, when on button is pressed that have a time setting of 1500ms, the transition of that animation will last for [url removed, login to view] and all other buttons will be in disabled state for the same time period.
Need someone pretty skilled working with CSS3 for making this working as wanted.
