I need to convert a Flash Animation into HTML5

Design, Layout and Animation must be exactly the same as the Flash Example
Must be responsive to all PC screen resolutions 800x600, 1024x768, 1336x768 and so on.
Must include a tweet example with an image (As per attached - [login to view URL])
I will plug the programming into the front end, I just need the front end no back-end programming required.
Do not include the Ad block "Social Media served here"
