Attach short descriptions and pictures to each activity in a list

We have a list of about 500 activities. We need a short 1 to 2 sentence description of each activity and an image to associate with each image. We expect a lot of data to come from Wikipedia and require a Wikipedia link where possible. Where that is not an option, we expect an original 1 to 2 sentence description.

* No other sites are allowed to gather the information.
* Content from [url removed, login to view] may be edited further for proper grammar/punctuation.
* If activity description cannot be located on the [url removed, login to view] it is allowed to create our own revision.
* Would like to know about how you will go about coming up with your own activity description for activities like "painting a house" which is not in wikipedia.
1. The list of the activities is in the attached spreadsheet. Person should find descriptions for all activities listed in the “Search for?? column. Usually the first paragraph of the wikipedia article is sufficient, but this is not a hard requirement. Person should use its best judgment and common sense in determining the relevance of the description. In some cases only first sentence is relevant. In other cases not just one but two paragraphs contain relevant description of the activity.
2. Copy the activity description into “Activity Description?? column in the spreadsheet.
3. The URL where the description was copied from MUST be specified in the “Article URL?? column in the spreadsheet. The URL should be clickable resulting in the actual wikipedia page be opened in the browser window when clicked.
4. Usually wikipedia articles are also containing images of the activities. Copy image location URL into the “Image URL?? column of the spreadsheet. The URL should be clickable resulting in actual image be displayed in the browser window when clicked. The URL link should be to the full image for the item The only other site where images can be looked at is [url removed, login to view]
5. The text in column “Activity Code?? must not be modified.
6. The text in column “Activity Name?? must not be modified.
Example 1: Searching for “Unicycling??. Unicycling article is located at this address. [url removed, login to view] . Only the first sentence of the first paragraph will have relevant description of the Unicycling as an activity. Example 2: Searching for “Aerobic step??. Wikipedia does not have any articles with this exact search terms but it does have an article for “Step Aerobics??. We use first paragraph of the article for the activity description. See ([url removed, login to view]). Since the activities are all in a similar format, the winning bidder should submit their work for approval in increments. That way mistakes do not continue and there should be no surprises about work acceptance at the end of the project. The bidder should submit a time line for completion in the form X number of lines to be completed by Y date. After each milestone all work should be submitted for approval. We recommend that the first milestone be 20 activities, the second milestone be 20 to 50 additional activities and then larger numbers of activities moving forward. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
