The purpose of this project is to identify a high-quality freelancer. Please complete the sample file to demonstrate the quality of your work--I have another project that is the exact same kind of work and it pays $2 per line, negotiable. Quality of work is essential. Bid amount is not very important. I'm primarily looking for someone who can complete this sample file with very few errors.
I'm posting a blank spreadsheet of 12 companies for which I need information collected from the company's SEC (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission) filings using the Edgar company database ([login to view URL]). I'm also posting a list of detailed instructions, and a file that has 6 of the companies completed for you, so that you can check your answers. Each one should be doable in 20 minutes, and the work will get easier as you go along.
