PLEASE REVIEW ATTACHED IMAGES BEFORE BIDDING - super important!
TASK
> We have about 2,700 images of scanned menus with varying size of content (some with lots of text, some with small amounts of text)
> we need it entered into our custom CMS through our website (note: this is not excel work)
> Comprehension and analysis is important - they must be categorised and menu items must be put in appropriate sections etc. so OCR can not do this
> we then have about 1000 listings we need you to find menus for on the web (for most we have web addresses etc.)
PRICE
> We want to pay a fixed price per image, even though some will have a lot of content and some will have minimal. Otherwise we would have to negotiate on every single image which would take forever and unworkeable.
> we will pay AUD$1.00 per image to a total maximum budget of AUD$2,700 for the project
We will consider offers below this amount if you can afford it, but please do not bid lower and then negotiate after the project is awarded. When the project is awarded pricing will be final and binding
PROCESS
.1. We will shortlist 5 candidates
.2. we will skype interview candidates
.3. we will then shortlist the final 2 candidates based on interviews
.4. we will then provide a test for these final candidates
.5. winner of the test will get the project
TIMING
We estimate about 4 weeks for a good team to do this. We will give priority to those who can get this completed sooner (larger teams). We will consider smaller teams if the communication and trust is apparent.
Interviews will be conducted tomorrow
Training should take 2-4 hours once selected.
NOTES
We have ongoing requirements for the next 12-18 months with regular work available from our clients
For example
If you digitised the content and entered it into our website for the attached images you would receive:
12 images = 12 X $1 = AUD$12.00
The attached represents the average and spectrum/distribution of menu sizes, there are about 2,700 menu images in total
