Clean data in excel pre format

I imported names and addresses into Excel from various sources. The data is in mixed formats, mainly in cell blocks and needs to be cleaned into appropriate rows by header. I have a few files that need cleansing. The main action will be to convert block address in rows and transpose it into a single column. From there, allocate the appropriate text to the header. Where multiple contacts are listed under the same address, create a second column with matching address details for the second contact and so on. the data samples shows examples.
I have manually cleaned many records myself, but need help to complete as I have other pending work that needs my attention.
